Let's Co-create your Well Nourished Life

Step One

First, we begin a 15 minute complimentary discovery call to get to know you,

your wellness visions, your health history and previous approaches. 

We will discuss health insurance, as your visits may be a covered service. 

Tele-nutrition is also available thru Practice Better, online virtual platform.

 

Step Two

We can meet in person or a HIPPA secure virtual platform. We will discuss your health history,

review your food habits and patterns, lifestyle and physical activity.

We uncover your values and motivations, which we use to create your wellness vision.

We will discuss your potential obstacles (stress, low energy/activity, food intolerance & cravings etc)

and create a plan to overcome these obstacles. 

Step Three

After the first visit, you will have a Well Nourished Life Plan complete with your goals

(short and long term), and wellness strategies to achieve them.

You will have the tools needed for your individual journey.

Most importantly, you will have support and accountability to

ensure that you achieve your wellness vision.

Step Four

Change doesn't happen overnight, but with commitment and support you will watch old habits disappear

and be replaced with new health strategies. Each person is an individual,

so your journey is all your own. We will meet twice monthly,

either in person or video chat or phone to review goals and strategies.

The journey is different for each person, but an average of one to six months

is usually suggested based on your individual needs.
